Cookie and Tracking Technologies Notice

Dolomite Child & Adult Psychiatry, PLLC
Effective September 26 2026

Technologies and limits

Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies may store preferences, maintain a session, support security, or record technical events. Our website provider may use technologies necessary to deliver and protect the website. The particular technologies depend on the page and services used.

The practice's standard is to disable optional advertising, behavioral profiling, and session-replay tools on patient-facing health workflows. We do not authorize such tools to receive patient names, form contents, appointment details, symptoms, diagnoses, portal identifiers, or information in page addresses that reveals care.

Optional analytics or embedded tools require a documented review before activation. Where a choice is required, optional tools must remain off until a valid choice is made. A cookie banner is not a HIPAA authorization or an Illinois mental-health disclosure consent.

Your controls

You may use browser settings to limit or delete cookies. Some essential functions may not work if all cookies are blocked. If an optional cookie preference control is offered on the site, use it to change your choice. External sites, including a separately hosted patient portal, may have their own technology notices and controls.

For help reaching information without using an optional embedded service, contact (312) 426-2705 or info@dolomitepsych.com. Do not send clinical details through ordinary email.

Privacy questions

Information collected through website functions is addressed by the Website and Office Texting Privacy Policy at https://www.dolomitepsychiatry.com/privacy-policy. Patient health information is also protected as described in the NPP. We review technology changes before enabling them and update this notice when the practices described change.
